Compensation: Starting Base Salary = $75,000 – $80,000 (dependent on commeasurable experience)
On-Target Earnings: $160,000+ annually

We are looking for an experienced sales expert who is motivated, results-driven and thrives on serving customers and winning their business. The successful individual will be responsible for generating new leads, managing accounts, promoting Britespan’s product lines, and educating clients and prospects.

With a competitive base salary & uncapped commission structure, this role offers significant earning potential. Successful sales professionals can realistically achieve annual earnings of approximately $160,000 or more through strong sales performance.

As a member of our Ontario Commercial team, you’ll represent a leading manufacturer of fabric tension buildings, providing customized solutions for commercial, industrial, municipal, agricultural, & private sector customers.

The Britespan Ontario division is a vertically integrated manufacturer who serves the Ontario market in the fabric tension building space. Our portfolio of projects includes a wide mix of municipal, private, and general building maintenance with commercial clients in Ontario.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
• Experience selling within the construction, building products or related industry is preferred
• Strong business development, prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close complex sales opportunities
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, closing and communication skills
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, without direct supervision, while managing a territory
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks
• Proven background in B2B/B2C sales
• Knowledge of commercial construction, municipal planning processes or building systems is considered an asset
• Experience with pre-engineered, post-frame or fabric building systems is an asset
